1.1.4: Equality of two Matrices

Two matrices given, matrix A and matrix B are said to be equal if:

  1.  Both the matrices are of the same order i.e. they respectively have the same number of rows and columns.
  2. The elements in the corresponding positions in matrix A and matrix B are equal.
